the 2019 Quartz Chenin Blanc is fresh

nicely balanced and lightly spiced with ginger and rhubarb towards the finish

It pulses with a return flow of in-breath and out-breath

Wildly complex scents of yellow peach

Moderate reduction masks everything but a touch of petrol character. The attractively textured and generous medium weight flavors possess good underlying tension while displaying fine length on the clean and sneaky long finish. I like the balance and would suggest allowing this 5 to 8 years of cellaring in order for better complexity to develop. Lovely and worth considering.
